Dennis Juan Ma 一个 "ABC", 与别不同的是他不是在 America 成长, 而是在地球的另一端南半球的New Zealand (新西兰) 的 Auckland (奥克兰) 长大的中国出生的华人。
 
八年前, Juan Ma 在奥克兰开设了他的第一间设计室, 由此开始他的 Freelance Illustrator ( 兼职插画师 ) 工作。无论画工与风格都带有浓厚的中国色彩, 出生在中国的他被传统的中华文化所熏陶, 以至在融合西方色调的作品中, 体验出中西结合的思路。传统的中华文化，加上题材新颖, Dennis 很开就打开了他独有的艺术之门, 并略有名望。

"I like to collect interesting bits and pieces from daily life and put them into my work. Any funny conversation or jokes or silly ideas all can be my material. I'm a fan of historical fashion, especially during 1940-1950. I really love that period and think the art at that time was really cool."
